Q: I just updated Moodboard, and now the app keeps crashing

Sometimes after an update it is best to restart your iPad. This fixes the majority of problems. You can also try restarting the app manually by returning to your home screen, then double clicking on the home button to bring up the multitasking bar. Tap and hold on the Moodboard icon until it starts to wiggle, then tap the red quit icon in the corner to quit the app. You can now open the app as normal and try again.

Q: I have photos saved on my iPad, but they don’t appear when I tap the Photo icon

Go to Settings > Location Services on your iPad. Find Moodboard, and turn on Location Services. Now restart the App.

Q: How do I add photos to my board?

On the main toolbar, tap the Photo icon (second from the left). A popover will appear on the screen containing photos stored on your iPad. Select the photo you want to add to your board.
